The Annual General Meeting of SeaBird Exploration (to be renamed SED Energy Holdings Plc) was held on June 26, 2025, at 11:00 am local time at the company’s offices at 16, Pantelis Catelaris Street, Diagoras House, 1097 Nicosia, Cyprus.
