Seabird Exploration PLC - DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING

Perestroika AS , a company controlled by Mr. Frederik 
W. Mohn, has sold a total of 380,000 shares of 
Seabird Exploration PLC ("SBX") in market trades on 
March 17th 2014. As an effect of these trades, 
Perestroika AS and other parties related to Mr. Mohn 
have passed below the 5% notification threshold in 
SBX. The combined holding of Perestroika AS and such 
other related parties following this sale is 
2,878,404 shares, corresponding to 4,99% of the 
shares in SBX.
