SBX: Disclosure of large shareholding - Seabird Exploration PLC

Following today's approval from the EGM in Seabird 
Exploration, Vatne Equity AS has been allocated 54,000,000 
shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.1 in the private 
placement announced by Seabird Exploration on 15 September 
2017.
 
After the completion of the private placement, and before 
the completion of any subsequent repair offering, Vatne 
Equity will own 5.11% of the outstanding shares in the 
company.
