SBX: Disclosure of large shareholding

Oslo, 7 August 2017
Following the restructuring and conversion of the SBX04B 
bond into shares, North Energy Capital AS will receive 
approximately 4,481,933 shares of Seabird Exploration Plc. 
North Energy Capital AS will then own a total of 
approximately 4,481,933 shares which will represent an 
ownership interest of 7.80% based on the 57,455,145 million 
shares outstanding after completion of the restructuring.
