Due to the increased share capital in SeaBird Exploration PLC, and pursuant to
section 4-1 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, we hereby give notice that
Vatne Equity AS has fallen under 5% of issued shares and voting rights. Vatne
Equity AS holds the total number of 18,137,500 shares, which represents 3.68% of
the 492,820,642 issued shares and voting rights.
