Katherine J Martin, board member of SeaBird 
Exploration PLC, has on 21 August 2012 purchased 
25,500 shares in SeaBird Exploration PLC. The shares 
are purchased at NOK 4.65 per share. After the 
purchase, the total shareholding of Katherine J 
Martin is 40,000 shares.
