Mandatory notification of trade

Magdalene Mathiassen, the wife of Kjell Mathiassen, 
has on 21 August 2012 purchased 43,000 shares in 
SeaBird Exploration PLC. Kjell Mathiassen is a board 
member and primary insider of SeaBird Exploration 
PLC. The shares are purchased at NOK 4.5971 per 
share. After the purchase, Kjell Mathiassen and his 
related parties controls 1,485,500 shares in SeaBird 
Exploration PLC.
