SBX: Disclosure of large shareholding - Seabird Exploration PLC

Perestroika AS has today sold 1.263.000 shares in Seabird 
Exploration PLC (SBX). 
After this transaction Perestroika AS holds 2.869.470 shares 
in SBX representing 4,99 % of the outstanding shares in the 
company.

Further, Perestroika AS holds warrants that entitles 
Perestroika to subscribe for 190 000 shares in Seabird 
Exploration.
