SBX: Disclosure of large shareholding

Perestroika AS has today sold 21 947 shares in Seabird 
Exploration PLC (SBX).
After this transaction Perestroika AS holds 138 131 shares 
in SBX representing 4,51 % of the total outstanding number 
of shares.

With reference to the Financial restructuring of Seabird 
Exploration Plc (SBX), Perestroika AS also holds USD 2 982 
449 in SBX04 that is expected to be converted into 4 071 395 
shares. After today´s disposal Perestroika therefore holds 4 
209 526 shares corresponding to 7,33% shares after the 
restructuring process is completed.

Further, Perestroika AS holds warrants that entitles 
Perestroika to subscribe for 190 000 shares.
