SBX: SBX: Disclosure of large shareholding - Seabird Exploration PLC

Following today's approval from the EGM in Seabird 
Exploration, Miel Holding AS has been allocated 145.8 
million shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.1 in the 
private placement announced by Seabird Exploration on 15 
September 2017.
After the completion of the private placement, and before 
the completion of any subsequent repair offering, Miel 
Holding AS will own 13.79% of the outstanding shares in the 
company.
