In reference to the stock exchange release on 17 March 2021, SeaBird Exploration
Plc has today informed the Stock Exchange that it will delay the publication
date for its Annual Report until 25 May 2021 due to delays in its audit in
Cyprus.  Subsequently, the Q1 report will be presented at the same date.
