As previously announced, Seabird Exploration Plc has initiated the process to
relocate the corporate domicile from Cyprus to Norway and rebrand as Green
Energy Group. To reduce administrative costs, the company has decided to
postpone the annual general meeting to 13 August 2021 and combine this with the
general meeting which otherwise would have been called solely in connection with
the relocation process.
