SBX: MOVE TO PENALTY BENCH

Oslo Børs has decided to place SeaBird Exploration Plc, ISIN CY0101162119, in
the Penalty Bench, cf. section 2.10.3 (1) of Oslo Rule Book II - Issuer Rules.
This is due to the issuer being in breach of section 4.3.1 (1) of Oslo Rule Book
II regarding the deadline for publication of the annual report, see the issuer's
stock exchange notice of 27 April 2021.
Oslo Børs can allocate securities to the Penalty Bench if an issuer fails to
comply with the Rules.
